How to get Yelan in Genshin Impact ?

Yelan was released on May 31, 2022 during the 2.7 update of Genshin Impact. As a 5-star character, you can only attempt to summon her when she is highlighted in a Character Event Wish.

You can try to unlock Yelan in Genshin Impact by performing invocations on the Discerner of Enigmas banner from 31 May to 5pm on Tuesday 21 June 2022.

You can play Yelan without unlocking his constellations, we advise you to save your Primogems. But if you want to invest in Yelan, we recommend you to get the first 3 constellations.

• 4 pieces of equipment from the Noblesse Oblige set if no other character in your team is wearing this set to increase the elemental rampage damage and ATK of the entire team by 20% for 12 seconds after casting an elemental rampage.

If in doubt, the trick is to choose the artefacts with the best statistics:

• Hourglass: HP% or energy recharge;
• Cut: Hydro damage bonus ;
• Crown: HP%, critical rate or critical damage.

Secondary statistics to be prioritised:

• Basic mastery.

Yelan easily replaces Xingqiu in many teams. You can play her in Team Rational with Raiden, Xiangling and Bennett (to multiply the elemental reactions) or in an Electro-Charged team with 2 Electro characters(Beidou, Fischl, Raiden, Yae Miko, Shinobu, etc.), one Anemo character(Sucrose or Kazuha) and Yelan.
