Genshin Impact Navia is the Ousia-aligned Geo claymore character who capitalizes on elemental crystal shards to deal more front-loaded damage. This Genshin Impact Navia guide unveils everything about this Geo on-field DPS character, from unleashing her full potential to mastering her playstyle, along with insights on the best artifacts, weapons, teams, and more for this Geo blonde from Fontaine.
Genshin Impact Navia is a 5-star character that players can only obtain from the wish banner, alongside other rate-up characters. Additionally, her best-in-slot weapon, Verdict will be available for players that are willing to pull for it.
Banner of Genshin Impact Navia
Navia takes the spotlight starting December 20, 2023, until January 9, 2024, during the Genshin 4.3 Banner: “In the Name of the Rosula”. In this banner, it will also feature 4-star characters such as Candace, Rosaria, and Sucrose. Moreover, Genshin 4.3 will also see the arrival of her best-in-slot and signature weapon, Verdict.
The constellations of Navia
Genshin Impact Navia is already performing well without her constellation, however obtaining her constellations will allow her to deal more damage, and improve her rotations.
The first constellation for the Geo DPS is valuable for players who have difficulty meeting her energy requirements, as her C1 restores energy and decreases the cooldown of 'As the Sunlit Sky's Singing Salute,' making her elemental burst available for every rotation. The second constellation, on the other hand, provides additional critical rate and an extra source of damage when casting her elemental skill. This can be a safe stopping point unless you want to fully invest in this character. Meanwhile, C4 makes the opponent more vulnerable to Geo damage by 20%.
While Navia is already excellent in her role as a DPS at C0, C6 is undoubtedly worth it. When casting Ceremonial Crystalshot and consuming more than three stacks of Crystal Shrapnels, each stack used beyond three will increase the critical damage of that ability by 45%. Overall, if she's able to fire her elemental skill with max stacks, she can benefit from a whopping 135% crit damage boost. Additionally, these stacks will be returned to Navia, allowing her to easily regain the max stacks once again.
Genshin Impact Navia Build Guide: the best equipment
Building Navia is rather easier as she only requires the following stats: Atk, Geo damage, Crit rate and Crit damage. Fortunately for Navia mains, there are plenty of options that you can take when choosing artifacts and weapons for her. For F2P players, there are builds as well that are easily accessible.
The best artifacts for Navia's Build
Navia's arrival introduces the new artifact, Nighttime Whispers in the Echoing Woods. It provides 18% ATK and 20% Geo damage when using her elemental skill. If she's under a shield created by the Crystallize reaction, the Geo damage boost increases by 150%. Navia can seamlessly make this work, easily generating elemental shards, especially with her allies that can help her generate crystal shards.
On the other hand, the Marechaussee Hunter artifact set is generally excellent as it provides bonuses to normal and charged attacks, making it ideal for a main DPS like Navia. Moreover, it grants additional crit rate, which is always useful for damage-dealers. However, it's important to note that Navia herself doesn't have any HP fluctuation mechanics, so pairing her with Furina is necessary to fully capitalize on the effectiveness of this set.
Alternatively, if you do not have the sets above, 2 pc Archaic Petra paired with another 2-pc set that grants an attack boost such can be great for Navia.

Navia Build Guide: the Best Weapons
For Navia’s weapons, it's recommended to opt for five-star weapons due to their high base attack. However, there are also some 4-star weapons that pair well with the President of the Spina di Rosula.
Verdict, a 5-star weapon, boasts the highest base attack and provides a 20% attack bonus. In addition to granting Navia a substantial amount of attack power, Verdict can further boost her elemental skill damage by up to 30% upon obtaining elemental shards from the Crystallize reaction.
The Unforged is a great alternative to Verdict as it also grants a maximum amount of 20% attack bonus for 8s, which further increases when protected by a shield. To top it off, The Unforged also makes the shield you gain from the crystallize reaction harder to shatter.
Being a DPS character, crit rate is a necessary stats that even Navia needs to deal consistent damage to the opponents. One of such weapons providing crit rate is the Beacon of the Reed Sea. This weapon also provides Navia additional attack stats when hitting an opponent with her elemental skill.
Serpent Spine is a 4-star claymore obtainable from the Battlepass, Gnostic hymn series 1 which also gives damage bonus for characters that are on-field.

How to play Navia in Genshin ?
Navia serves as a main DPS or quick-swap DPS, scaling on Attack to deal enormous Geo damage.
Her elemental skill, Ceremonial Crystalshot, enables her to fire a cannon that penetrates through opponents in a cone. This ability is the bread-and-butter of her kit and relies on the number of elemental crystal shards she obtains from the Crystallization reaction
For every elemental shard she acquires, Navia gains one stack of Crystal Shrapnel, capable of reaching a maximum of six stacks. Ceremonial Crystalshot has two initial charges. When tapping her skill, it consumes all Crystal Shrapnels, opening her gunbrella and firing multiple Rosula Shardshots. The number of Rosula Shardshots increases with the number of crystal shrapnels consumed. Moreover, if 11 shots are fired, it deals 200% damage of the original amount. Additionally, Crystal shrapnel stacks consumed beyond three will increase her damage output by 15% per stack.
On the other hand, holding the skill allows her to enter aim mode, collecting nearby Elemental shards before firing a shot.
Every 7 seconds, Navia’s elemental skill will apply a Surging Blade that will deal Ousia-aligned Geo damage. Also, after casting her skill, her normal attacks will be infused by Geo for 4 seconds.
Navia’s ultimate calls forth the Rosula Dorata Salute unleashing AOE Geo damage on nearby opponents periodically. When each cannon hits any enemy, Navia will gain one stack of Crystal Shrapnel every 2.4s.
And interestingly enough, compared to other Geo DPS such as Itto, Navia does not benefit from a mono-geo team because of her passive. With her passive, Navia’s attack is increased by at most 40% if she has two other party members with the Pyro/Hydro/Cryo/Electro element.
Guide of the best teams for Navia in Genshin Impact
Navia’s playstyle allows her to comfortably place herself into different rotations whether you want as the main DPS, or a quickswap one. Here’s a list of team compositions for Navia.
This team composition consisting of Navia, Albedo, Xiangling and Bennett unleashes the maximum potential of Genshin Impact Navia as a DPS. Ideally, Navia’s team composition consists of her, another Geo character, and the two other party members bearing elements capable of triggering the crystallize reaction. This team achieves more due to the Geo and Pyro resonance, which in turn increases her damage against her opponent and increases her attack stats. In addition to Navia’s personal damage, Xiangling and Albedo can also inflict their own. Finally, Bennett provides utility with the continuous heal and attack bonus.
Another strong team composition includes Furina, which could change how you’re going to play and build her. Furina enables long-lasting damage off-field and hydro application for more crystallize reaction. Ultimately, Navia will surely benefit from the damage boost her ultimate brings. This also allows Navia to benefit from the Marechaussee Hunter effect.
For F2P options, you may choose to include Ningguang in this Genshin Impact Navia quickswap team comp. Ningguang can be just as great at dealing additional Geo damage alongside Navia’s. Moreover, Navia can increase her Geo damage bonus upon walking through her Jade screen.
How old and tall is Navia ?
Navia's distinctive features include her tall figure, fair skin, and long, yellow, voluptuous hair. As the leader of the Spina di Rosula, an organization inherited from her late father, Navia is dedicated to aiding the people of Fontaine.
While there isn't much official information about her age, the community speculates that she is around 21 years old and was born on August 16. Navia joins the ranks of tall female characters in Genshin, standing approximately 166 to 168 cm.
That's everything you need to know about Genshin Impact Navia. Navia is a strong character to use that can help you get ahead in the game and complete content. Additionally, she boasts a fun playstyle that even beginners can enjoy and offers numerous equipment options, whether you're a free-to-play (F2P) player or not.
