Genshin Impact Chiori, has joined the character roster, ushering in a new set of team compositions. Chiori is a 5-star Geo Sword Character whose specialty lies in her elemental skill—unleashing an automaton doll capable of delivering turret-like attacks whether she's on-field or off-field. Due to her element and kit design, her team compositions are somewhat limited, but she seamlessly integrates into any Geo compositions without issue. In this article, we will explore the best Genshin Impact Chiori teams, aiming to help you maximize the potential of this Geo Sub DPS!
Navia is a 5-star Geo DPS in Genshin Impact known for dealing frontloaded damage to the enemies, and this makes her an ideal pair with Chiori.
While Navia is landing attacks through her elemental skill, and burst, Chiori's automaton doll and Xiangling's Guoba and Pyronado can contribute to the overall damage of the team. Additionally, the presence of Xiangling and Bennett allows the team to trigger the Crystallization reaction, which is required to gain the most out of Navia's kit. Finally, Bennett can take the role of a healer and ATK buffer.
However, a notable drawback of this team composition is the lack of a Geo construct. Chiori summons an additional doll, only when at least one Geo construct is nearby. Hence, you will either have to resort to Chiori with one doll, or try to aim for her first constellation. You can also find out more about her in our Chiori Genshin Impact build!
One of the most effective teams for Itto comprises Itto himself, Zhongli, Gorou, and Albedo. However, if you require more overall damage, you can substitute Albedo with Chiori.
While Itto deals sustained damage with his normal and charged attacks, Chiori's elemental skill enables coordinated and off-field attacks.
It's important to note that this mono-Geo team lacks a dedicated healer. But, Zhongli's shield can provide sustain and survivability, preventing interruptions. As for the final slot, it's allocated to another Geo buffer, Gorou. Alongside the Geo resonance buff, which increases damage and reduces enemy Geo resistance, having three other Geo characters in the team grants them DEF bonuses, increased resistance to interruption, and damage bonuses from Gorou.
Noelle may be a 4-star character, but she is more than capable of bringing devastating damage to her enemies especially with the aid of Chiori, Furina and Gorou.
For players with C6 Noelle, this team composition can perform very well thanks to Noelle's Geo infused normal attacks during burst, Chiori and Furina's off-field damage. Noelle's ability to simultaneously heal the entire team through her shield and burst facilitates quick access to the maximum buff provided by Furina's burst. Additionally, Gorou enhances the team by boosting Noelle and Chiori's damage, and provides the necessary Geo construct for Chiori to summon an additional Sode. Overall, this team has a superb synergy with each other with minimal drawbacks and limitations.
For a Free-to-Play Chiori Team, consider pairing her with Ningguang, Gorou, and Bennett, which capitalizes on both ATK and DEF attributes. Ningguang's normal attacks and bursts, combined with Chiori's elemental skill and burst, serve as the team's main sources of damage. Meanwhile, Bennett and Gorou provide damage buffs and healing support. While Ningguang may not benefit significantly from Gorou's DEF buff, his Geo damage boost complements both DPS characters. On the other hand, Bennett not only heals the team but also provides an ATK bonus for Ningguang and Chiori.
If you're aiming to build a team centered around Chiori as the main DPS, consider this Chiori Geo composition comprising her, Bennett, Zhongli, and Gorou.
Due to Chiori's 100% uptime on her elemental skill and only a brief 5-second Geo normal attack infusion after its activation, utilizing Chiori as a sub-DPS proves more effective than using her as the primary on-field DPS. However, this dynamic shifts with the acquisition of her sixth constellation. Chiori's C6 enables the casting of her skill again after the infusion ends, allowing her to prolong her on-field presence. Moreover, her normal attack damage increases based on her DEF.
To bolster Chiori's ATK and DEF-scaling kit, slot in Gorou and Bennett for their DEF buff, Geo damage bonus, ATK bonus, and healing capabilities. Finally, Zhongli can be incorporated for additional protection and resistance shred.
That concludes our guide on the Best Genshin Impact Chiori Teams in the game. If you're a fan of Geo characters and enjoy the synergy within Geo teams, Chiori is a fantastic addition to your roster. Despite limited elemental reactions, her captivating design and flamboyant animations make her a standout choice for any team composition.
