For Navia’s weapons, it's recommended to opt for five-star weapons due to their high base attack. However, there are also some 4-star weapons that pair well with the President of the Spina di Rosula.

Verdict, a 5-star weapon, boasts the highest base attack and provides a 20% attack bonus. In addition to granting Navia a substantial amount of attack power, Verdict can further boost her elemental skill damage by up to 30% upon obtaining elemental shards from the Crystallize reaction.

How to play Navia in Genshin ?

Her elemental skill, Ceremonial Crystalshot, enables her to fire a cannon that penetrates through opponents in a cone. This ability is the bread-and-butter of her kit and relies on the number of elemental crystal shards she obtains from the Crystallization reaction

For every elemental shard she acquires, Navia gains one stack of Crystal Shrapnel, capable of reaching a maximum of six stacks. Ceremonial Crystalshot has two initial charges. When tapping her skill, it consumes all Crystal Shrapnels, opening her gunbrella and firing multiple Rosula Shardshots. The number of Rosula Shardshots increases with the number of crystal shrapnels consumed. Moreover, if 11 shots are fired, it deals 200% damage of the original amount.
