The Neverness to Everness Lonely player Anomaly quest is fairly comprehensive and very time-consuming to complete. What's more, you won't be given any hints in-game to help you understand this succession of puzzles. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you complete the quest.

Before embarking on the Neverness to Everness Lonely player Anomaly quest, there are a few things you'll need to do.
Go to Hethereau's Hobbies
To unlock the Anomaly quest, open the Town Magnate menu, then Hethereau's Hobbies. Now select 'Anomaly Commissions'. The NTE Lonely player quest, in the Chimerical City section.

Change the game time
The Neverness to Everness Lonely player's quest is to find wandering puppets . But be warned, they only appear between 8pm and 6am. So you'll need to change the game time, via the menu on your smartphone.
Entering the university
The Lonely Player Anomaly quest takes place inside a university. But entering the university is forbidden without authorisation. Don't worry: by going around the entrance to the University, you can jump over the fence. But be careful: for the duration of the quest, you must avoid the entrance area.
The different Neverness to Everness Lonely Player puppets
A word of warning: the NTE Lonely player's Anomaly quest is fairly long, so allow at least 30 minutes to complete it. Now here's how to find the various wandering puppets.
The race puppet
Start by going to the university's race course. You'll find a puppet in the starting block position. Choose to race him.
⚡ CAUTION: I advise you to position the camera facing you, and facing the puppet. Why? Quite simply because, if you take your eyes off the puppet, it will disappear to appear immediately at the finish line.
It is therefore essential to always have the wandering puppet in your field of vision, even when other puppets appear on the court.
The puppet on the basketball court
This is the easiest section of the Neverness to Everness Lonely player quest. Go between the two basketball courts and simply wait for the puppet to appear.
The garden puppet
To find the garden puppet, go to the point below and look for a newspaper on a wooden bench (the bench is on a structure surrounded by greenery).
This is where you'll find the next puppet, which disappears as soon as you approach it.
There are several ways to make it appear:
Wait for it to run into you.
Turn up the sound effects. You'll hear the puppet's footsteps and be able to follow it.
Follow its footsteps on the floor.
The puppets in the gym
Now go to the gymnasium. It's easy to find the entrance: there's a group of puppets in front of the door. To get in, attack the invisible wall between you and the gym.
There are 4 invisible wandering puppets to find here, and to do so you'll have to attack them:
The first is in front of the first net
The second is behind the second net
The third is on the balustrade by the front door
The fourth is on the stage
The puppet in the corridor
To continue the quest for the Neverness to Everness Lonely player anomaly, go to the building at the very south-east of the campus. Enter the corridor and approach the puppet there. It will then disappear.
Stand in the middle of the corridor and wait for the invisible puppet to bump into you three times. You can then interact with it.
The NTE piano puppet
In the same building, go up to floor 3F and into the music room. Now walk in circles around the room to trigger the three tunes. Are you done? Now stand in front of the piano puppet.
You will have to reproduce the notes of the three melodies you have just triggered.
Notes of the first melody: 4 - 10 - 8 - 6 - 1 - 10 - 7 - 5
Notes of the third melody: 8 - 7 - 5 - 7 - 8 - 7 - 5 - 8 - 7 - 5
⚡ATTENTION: between each melody you play on the piano, you will need to click "OK" to validate it and move on to the next. If you have successfully entered the correct melody, a green smiley face will appear on the screen.
The bullet puppet
The NTE Lonely player's quest for Anomaly continues with a slightly more complex mission, to be completed in two stages. First, you have to find the cracks in the walls.
There are several cracks on the campus through which you can talk to the Speller. These cracks are located :
Along a building to the south-east of the campus
On the roofs of the university
Right next to the vending machines, on the side of the stadium stage
To the north-east of the Anomaly area, on the wall of the pastry room
You will then find the Speller, which will show you the location of three balls.
The classroom puppet
The quest for the Neverness to Everness Lonely player continues with the classroom puppet. Go to the building to the south-east of the Anomaly zone.
Enter the classroom at the far end of the corridor.
Open the door at the end of the room
The classroom will change and a puppet will appear at a Swallow table
Interact with the puppet
Change the classroom again by going back through the door
A small puppet will appear on a shelf. You'll have to open a small door to find it
Change the class again
The puppet is hiding in a hidden vase. Break the vase to free the puppet.
To finish this NTE Lonely player mission, go out the door to find yourself in a room where the last puppet is.
The last puppet
We're now tackling the last puppet in the Neverness to Everness Lonely player quest. Go to the Auditorium. There you can interact with the wandering puppet.
