Kyllene Promenade is located in the Miguel district, between Ironheart 9th Avenue and Saint Torres Avenue. The Promenade is on the other side of the Léon estate agency, as you can see on the map below.

To get to Kyllene Promenade Neverness to Everness, simply teleport to the nearest ReRoReRo phone box and head left. Note: don’t look for Lacrimosa; instead, look for an urn marked with a star. Simply interact with it to complete this stage of the quest.
