Do you want to level up Tighnari or make Dendroculus detectors? Then you will need a lot of Genshin Impact Nilotpala Lotus. To make your farm easier and more importantly to save you time, we have written this comprehensive guide. Thanks to our tips and tricks, you will know where to find Nilotpala Lotus.
What is the purpose of Nilotpala Lotus?
In Genshin Impact, Nilotpala Lotus are part of Tighnari's elevation materials. You will need to collect 168 of them if you want to raise the archer Dendro to level 90. Other characters coming in future updates to Genshin Impact may also need them.
But the usefulness of the Nilotpala Lotus does not stop there. You will be able to create Dendroculus Resonance Stones on the alchemy table. This item is very useful when exploring as it allows you to detect Dendroculus near your position. To get this plan, you'll need to raise your reputation in the Sumeru region to level 8 and then get the plan from the steward.
You will then be able to make Dendroculus detectors. However, each item is for single use only. To make them, you will need 5 Nilotpala Lotus, 5 Rukkhashava Mushrooms and 1 Crystal Piece.
Where to find Genshin Impact Nilotpala-Lotus?
Nilotpala Lotus are a specialty of the Sumeru region. These lotus flowers grow in the waterways. They change their appearance depending on the time of day, but this does not affect the harvest or their usefulness.
You can recover a maximum of 79 per farm session. You can locate them directly on the interactive map of Teyvat.
The best farm area for Genshin Impact Nilotpala Lotus is in the Advidya forest around the city of Sumeru. You can find a dozen of them above the city.
5 are in the rivers surrounding the Alcazarzaray Palace and 4 are on the left, just above the Chartrakam cave. Then go down to the east. 12 Nilotpala Lotus are waiting for you in the river just above the town of Sumeru.
You can then go to the river located southeast of Sumeru, just below Chinvat ravine and leading to Gandharva. 9 Nilotpala Lotus grow there.
For the next farm area of Genshin Impact Nilotpala Lotus, go to the Vimara village. By going down the stream, you can collect 10 flowers. 7 Lotus are also hidden in the stream surrounding Devantaka mountain.
Finally, you will also find 4 Nilotpala Lotus in the pond to the left of the Pardis Dhyai, then 4 others in caves located between the ruins of Dahri and the Apam Wood. Nevertheless, this area is quite difficult to access and thus takes time to play for little results. You can access it after completing the quest Slumbering Roots. This is part of the Varuna Gatha quest suite.
How to locate Nilotpala Lotus more easily?
First of all, we recommend that you unlock all the teleportation points in Sumeru to easily access the different areas of Genshin Impact Nilotpala Lotus. To do this, you will need to complete the various quests in the Aranyaka world quest set. We detail all the steps in our dedicated guides.
Then, if you have Tighnari, we advise you to play him in your team. He will show you all the products of Sumeru including the Nilotpala Lotus around you on your mini-map. It will be easier to locate them.
Once you have found Genshin Impact Nilotpala Lotus, remember to place a marker on your map. This way, you will know where to find them later.
A Nilotpala Lotus takes 72 hours to reappear after being collected in Genshin Impact. To collect 168 of them, you will have to do at least 3 farm sessions. However, it is possible to collect them in other players' worlds. If you have friends who play Genshin Impact, now is the time to take advantage of it!
That's it for this Genshin Impact Nilotpala Lotus farm guide. We hope that our tips and tricks will help you to locate them, and especially to collect them more easily. Remember to do so as soon as you come across one, even after Tighnari has reached level 90.
You may need them to make Dendroculus detectors. To see all of our guides to the quests added since version 3.0, visit our Genshin Impact tips page.
