Yostar offered the world the RPG Arknights in 2020. At the end of 2021, it is Revived Witch's turn to be released on Android and iOS in English. It's only been a few days since the title was released, so it's hard to gauge the temperature of the public's reception. However, the first feedbacks have allowed Revived Witch to reach 4.6 stars on the Playstore.
The communication around Revived Witch was rather discreet. In fact, many players (including us) were surprised to learn that a Yostar game was being released. The title joined the Playstore and theAppstore on November 10th in English version. Whether you're a fan of pixel art or not, you have to admit that the light and colour effects are sublime.

The narrative aspect of the RPG takes up well-known codes: an amnesiac hero, in this case a witch, who finds herself in a magical place offering access to parallel universes. This allows Revived Witch to develop a deep lore by explaining the progression of the witch by the player who discovers the world. Moreover, the parallel universes offer significantly different settings with their own atmosphere.
I'll let you discover the gameplay trailer of Revived Witch to know if the game can interest you.
As we can see in this gameplay trailer, the fights work with a double energy bar, an interesting addition compared to the more frequent mechanics. As for the gacha aspect, this is precisely the system that made Arknights shine. Where gacha almost forces you to reach into your wallet (by being stingy on rolls, making certain character or item rarities nearly impossible to obtain, etc.), Arknights was rather generous and balanced. It's too early to tell if Revived Witch will also pick up on this.
