If you've never had the chance to get your hands on Red Dead Redemption on PC, you'll be able to make up for it today, as the game has been released on Play Store, as well as via the Netflix catalogue on Android and iOS. But don't be fooled into thinking that Rockstar was feeling generous for the release of Red Dead Redemption Mobile, because the game is priced at $40 on Android, for those who don't have a Netflix subscription. On the other hand, if you do have one, you're in luck: for you, the game is free. Yes, it hurts, but you have to finance GTA 6!

All joking aside, please note that Red Dead Redemption Mobile does not include multiplayer content.

Red Dead Redemption has been optimised for mobile

Despite the fact that the game will be 100% single-player on mobile, the controls have been optimised for touchscreens, and you'll also be able to use your joystick. In terms of performance, the game has two graphics modes, 30 and 60 FPS, for greater fluidity (watch out for overheating!) and to make the most of its graphics. Because, let's face it, Red Dead Redemption Mobile is beautiful.

On the other hand, if we are to believe some of the tests that have already been released, the game is a little buggy... The horse controls are sometimes laborious and the ragdoll physics clearly lack modernity. But this last point is mainly due to the age of the game, which dates back to 2018. But it's still a monument to video gaming that needs to be rediscovered.
