In Before Your Eyes, you play Benjamin Brynn. You'll have to use the front camera on your smartphone or tablet to track the times you close your eyes. Watch out for dry eyes if you tryhard, so keep some saline solution to hand!

This little nugget features an interesting gameplay mechanic in which if you blink, the scene you're taking part in ends. At the heart of Benjamin's memories, you'll have to make the right choices to guide him to the end. Touching and immersive, this title is a gem that I can only recommend if you like original games. Expect a journey into family life, childhood, mourning and the passage to the afterlife. It's an adventure you won't soon forget.

Mighty Quest: Rogue Palace

Mighty Quest Rogue Palace is number 16 in our Netflix Games chart. A new opus from the Ubisoft licence has made its Netflix video game debut on Android and iOS. In Mighty Quest Rogue Palace, the focus is no longer on defence but on attack. The game's roguelike formula works extremely well.

Each run invites you to choose a path on the map of the region you're exploring to unlock a particular new piece of equipment, improve your stuff at the forge, buy build elements or sacrifice blood for upgrades before passing through a boss chokepoint.

The levels offer a good challenge without being impossible to complete, and the wide variety of heroes available gives Mighty Quest a high degree of replayability. Unlike the flavourless Archero clones, this roguelite, available entirely in French, appropriates the genre's usual formula with a style all its own , and deserves a place in this top list of the best games from Netflix Games.
