Sunfire Castle is the event where the entire server holds its breath. Every alliance shows up with one goal: take the castle and hold it long enough to claim power. It’s fast-paced, chaotic, and packed with strategy, and once it starts, there’s no backing out. In this guide we'll dive deep into the Whiteout Survival Sunfire Castle event and how exactly it works.

What is the Whiteout Survival Sunfire Castle?

Sunfire Castle is a bi-weekly server event that puts your alliance’s coordination, timing, and strategy to the test. The goal is simple, capture and hold the castle for three straight hours, or just have the longest hold time before the event ends.

It usually kicks off every other Saturday and runs for a total of 6 hours.

How to win the Sunfire Castle event?

• Your alliance must occupy the castle for 3 consecutive hours during Castle Battle.
• If no one manages that, the alliance with the longest total hold time wins.

Whiteout Survival Sunfire Castle: Battle Mechanics

Two hours before Whiteout Survival Sunfire Castle opens, a storm shakes things up by randomly teleporting bases inside the Alert Zone. Once that’s done, you’re free to teleport in strategically, but you can’t use a Shield after that.

Key Structures 

The Castle: Located at the center of the battlefield, the Whiteout Survival sunfire castle is the primary objective of the event. The alliance that captures and holds it gains access to the presidency, server-wide buffs, and visibility. To claim victory, an alliance must occupy the castle for three uninterrupted hours, or have the longest total hold time by the end of the event.

The castle can be garrisoned with reinforcing troops and rally leaders, making it critical to maintain constant reinforcements and rotate defenders as needed. Expect frequent rally battles from competing alliances throughout the event.

Turrets: Two turrets are positioned near the castle and play a strategic role in the battle. When active, they automatically deal ongoing damage to the alliance that currently holds the castle. This adds extra pressure on defenders and can weaken their hold over time.

However, if your alliance manages to occupy both turrets and the castle at the same time, the turret damage effect is disabled. Controlling the turrets early in the event gives your team a clear advantage and increases your chances of holding the castle longer.

How to Prepare for Sunfire Castle

Before the Event

• Heal all troops and clear your infirmary: Maximize available units before the event starts. Injured Whiteout Survival troops take up valuable space, so start with a clean slate.

• Reinforce consistently: Once your alliance holds the castle, reinforcements should be steady. Even short gaps can lead to losing control if another alliance hits while your garrison is low.

Once the event ends, the winning alliance’s leader can appoint a president within the first 10 hours. If they don’t, the game picks the leader automatically.
