You can change their meal options by clicking on the cooking pot in the kitchen. Select the yellow button next to "Production" to open the Cookhouse Menu. Now choose either the Nutritious meal or the Fancy one. I'd recommend sticking with Nutritious Meal for the start, as it uses fewer resources. This will result in the survivors working hard.

Join a high-ranking alliance

Alliances are formed by multiple players who collaborate and support each other through various means. The option to join an alliance unlocks soon. Simply click on the Alliance option shown below and choose an alliance group.

I highly encourage players to join a high-ranking alliance. Most alliance groups can be inactive and give lesser rewards and assistance. Joining high-ranked alliances will provide players with fellow dedicated players and much higher rewards from chests and events.

In addition, look for Level 11 Alliance initially as it is the highest level. If you can't join any, settling for Level 10 or 9 works, too! Make sure to stay active, or else you'll be kicked from these high-ranking alliance groups.

Whiteout Survival Beginner's Guide: Assign survivors to workstations

As you construct new buildings within your settlement, new positions for work open up. Ensure your survivors fill these positions and assign them to the appropriate workstations. Remember, as you upgrade a building, additional positions may become available. Therefore, stay vigilant and promptly fill any vacant positions on all necessary workstations.

I recommend focusing more on the Sawmill, Coal Mine, and Iron Mine as they produce the most essential resources. If a new position opens up upon upgrade, assign a worker right away.

Spend Arena Tokens mindfully

Once the Arena is unlocked after level 7 Furnace, you can partake in PvE and earn Arena Tokens. Make sure to battle in Arena daily; you'll receive Arena Tokens once the day ends. Spend these tokens to purchase a Custom Mythic Hero Gear chest from the Arena shop. This chest gives players free Mythic gear without spending real money.

Focus on troops and their training

Don't bring weak troops alongside your heroes. If you plan on winning in Exploration and Expedition battles, strengthening your heroes alone isn't enough. Ensure that you're training your troops 24/7. The three camps for Infantry, Marksman, and Lancer unlock as you level up your furnace. You can select one of these buildings and click on "Train." Once the training is completed, go back to the building and press the icon showing up.
