Byron Brawl Stars Guide | Tips and Tricks

One of the strong points of Brawl Stars, Supercell 's free-to-play mobile action game, is its ability to renew itself. Whether it's the maps or the game modes, the game is regularly updated. As explained in our Brawl Stars beginner's guide, 7 brawlers are unlockable via your trophy progress. For the other brawlers, you'll have to be patient and pray every time you open a Brawl box. Byron is one of the mythical fighters, so you will have a 0.25% chance of getting him every time you open a Brawl box. Byron is therefore very difficult to unlock and you can be very happy when you do. On the other hand, he knows how to justify his rarity with original gameplay 😉

Byron - Statistics

While Byron is defined in Brawl Stars as a support, his abilities allow him to take on multiple roles. From healer to a sniper and a shooter thanks to his super, Byron is a complicated character to handle. Indeed, it is necessary to know how to juggle between his different qualities. This is why it is better to be an advanced player to use Byron.

Byron's health level is low. From 2,500 health points at first level, he only reaches 3,500 health points at level 10. Although his health points are low, Byron can compensate for this with his super and his healing gadget.

Byron's average movement speed makes his use all the more risky. Moving at 2.4 squares per second, Byron is slower than the average Brawl Stars fighter.

Byron - Attacks and gadgets

Byron's attack is called ' Posology '. He throws a long-range dart with two distinct functions. If the dart hits an opponent, it will take between 400 and 560 points of damage depending on the level. At the same time, if the dart hits a teammate, it will heal them by the same amount.

Byron's attack range is also very good. Being able to hit opponents or teammates up to 10 squares away, Byron is very similar to a sniper.

Byron's Super, " Shock Treatment ", makes him become a shooter like Barley. Indeed, Byron throws a vial that can remind one of a shooter's attack. This vial inflicts between 1,500 and 2,100 damage to opponents and heals teammates by the same amount. Like the sniper attack, Byron's vial can be launched over walls.

When Byron reaches level 7, he can use his ' Invigorating Cocktail ' gadget . As the name suggests, this gadget allows Byron to heal himself again. Each time he uses his gadget (up to 3 times per game), Byron recovers 800 health points per second for 3 seconds.

Byron - How to use and play

Byron clearly takes some getting used to in terms of his different techniques. Furthermore, it is important to note that Byron is the best single-target healer in the game. Whether it's his Super or his gadgetry, he is a perfect support for the duo survivor mode. Either way, his versatility makes Byron a useful fighter in any situation in Brawl Stars (and yes, he's not mythical for nothing 😊 ).

Byron is an excellent support, but he is also a formidable fighter. Indeed, thanks to his very long range, Byron can keep most of his opponents at bay. Going toe-to-toe with Byron is obviously not an option, but he has the strength to not run away from every fight.

Like any good sniper Byron becomes thanks to his Super, automatic attacks are strongly discouraged. You'll need to practice and anticipate your opponents' (or your teammates') movements well in order to use Byron's Super wisely. Finally, don't forget to launch Byron's gadget before any unanticipated duel, so that you can delay your death if a heavyweight accosts you.
