Digital Extremes has announced the global release date for Warframe on mobile, and it's 18 February 2026! If you're in Canada, you're in luck, because you'll be able to play the game as a soft launch from 11 February. So pre-register now! Back in 2026, we told you about Warframe's release on iOS , and Android gamers have been getting impatient ever since. Now the wait is over! We've also learned that, following its arrival on Android, the game will undergo a major update in March 2026. Called "The Shadowgrapher", it will introduce a brand new game mode and new customisation options.
For those of you who haven't heard of the game, here's a quick recap. In Warframe, you embark on a PvE-only multiplayer experience in which you play as a Tenno, a powerful warrior equipped with a Warframe, a battle armour that you can upgrade. There are around fifty Warframes to choose from, giving you the chance to try out different play styles.

You'll also have a whole arsenal of weapons at your disposal, from pistols to swords! Warframe offers several game modes, in 1vs1 or team play, as well as a fairly extensive campaign. In fact, Warframe is in our top list of the best mobile games with a controller!
Like iOS players, Warframe players on Android will benefit from cross-play and cross-save:
I should also point out that the Android version will be identical to the version of the game on iOS, PC and consoles!
