To mark Pokémon Day, which celebrates the 30th anniversary of the licence, the Pokémon Company has officially announced that Pokémon Champions will be released in 2026 on Android and iOS! The release will take place after the game's launch on Switch, scheduled for April 2026. Read on to find out more about the next Pokémon arena brawler!
Unfortunately, we'll have to wait until Pokémon Champions launches on Nintendo's console next April, before we can try out this new title on Android and iOS. So the release window for Pokémon Champions is pretty wide, but we're sure that the game will be available in 2026!

I'd say we should expect a mobile launch in the summer or autumn of 2026, although we might be surprised by an earlier release!
Pokémon Champions joins the roster of games in the mobile licence. Following on from Pokémon GO, Pokémon Unite and Pokémon TCG Pocket, the new title brings a breath of fresh air with an all-new, much more competitive style of play. Make way for solo or dual battles, where you can assemble your dream roster!
Yes, you'll be able to import all your creatures from Pokémon Home into Pokémon Champions, and vice versa. Find out more on the official Pokémon website! Another little bonus: some Pokémon will be able to mega-evolve with Mega-Gems!

The runner also reveals the cross-platform aspect: you'll be able to take on Switch players! We can also imagine that cross-save will be available. Get ready to play ranked to reach the top of the leaderboard, or casual to train!
Pre-registration is not yet open, but don't worry, we'll keep you posted on Mobi.gg!
