If you're not yet tired of games set in a post-apocalyptic world, then we've got some good news for you: pre-registration for Once Human, the game from NetEase, is now open on Android and iOS worldwide. While the game's release date has yet to be announced, we do know that it is scheduled for the third quarter of 2024.
Once Human, the free-to-play multiplayer survival game from NetEase
After a 42-day closed beta that ended on 15 May, pre-registration for Once Human is finally open on mobile.
With this new title, NetEase is offering an open-world multiplayer survival game (which can also be played solo) set, like many recent games, in a post-apocalyptic universe where an alien creature called Stardust has infested everything.
You play as a meta-human, and your goal is simple: to survive by avoiding contamination and mutation. But it won't be that simple, because in the world of Once Human, everything is a potential danger. Monsters, of course, and anomalies, but also polluted food and water. To eat or not to eat, that will be the question...
So you'll have some choices to make in this new title, which combines PvE, PvP, crafting mechanics and a host of challenges, all tailored for mobile. Create alliances, build territories and take advantage of the cross-platform aspect of the game, which will also be available on Steam.
