The Western release of the game has been announced for early May 2021. The developers at Kuro Game have made the game available in Japan and China for initial user testing. So far, the game has been very successful in these two countries. The developers have announced its release in Europe for the summer season. The title will also be available on iOS and Android in the following areas: North America, Australia and South East Asia.

Indeed, the plot of Punishing: Gray Raven takes place in a futuristic world where a biomechanical virus, called The Punishing, has ravaged the planet by taking control of synthetic life. The virus has destroyed everything in its path. The last survivors of humanity have had to flee into space and corrupted machines are wreaking havoc down here.
Humans are currently living in the E-02 Babylonia colony. Some of the soldiers, grouped under the banner of the elite Gray Raven Special Forces, are now on a mission to reclaim the planet.
In this game, you play as a commander of the Gray Raven unit. You will have to progress in this post-apocalyptic universe and compose the best possible team of soldiers, all augmented thanks to cybernetics. Intense and epic battles await you in this game with sublime 3D graphics. In this sci-fi mobile game, you will be able to build your team and improve your training!

When will the game be in French?
No information on this, but from my experience, since the game was not released with the FR version, we will have to wait and see if the game works or not. If the game doesn't live up to the devs' expectations, there will most likely never be a FR version. :/ If not in a few months!
