The initial phase of the Whiteout Survival State vs State event lasts for two days. During this time, the game will match your State with an opponent based on its power and past performance. The opposing State will have similar power levels or be closely aligned with your own.

Day 2: On the second day, you’ll have access to the opponent's information, battle timings, and a rewards list.
Preparation Phase
In the Preparation Phase, players can start obtaining points by clearing specific tasks within the limited time. By the end of Preparation Phase, whichever State has secured more points wins the second Phase.
The winning State will gain several advantages for the upcoming battle, including buffs to Healing and Enlistment Office Capacity. Additionally, the Phase 3 battle will be hosted within the defeated State.

By the end of Phase 5 in Whiteout Survival State vs State, the State with the most points out of the two will win the Preparation Phase and receive exclusive rewards.
State Advantage:
The State with the higher points in the Preparation Phase gains an advantage.
The battle will take place in the losing State’s territory.
The winning State will attack the losing State’s Sunfire Castle. There will be no threat to the winning State’s Sunfire Castle.
Cross-State Battle Mechanics:
Players can use cross-state teleporters to move into the opponent’s State once the battle begins.
Players will compete against opponents whose Furnace level differs by no more than 3 levels.
Players earn points for their State by killing enemy troops.
Battle Outcome:
If the attacking State captures the Sunfire Castle, the Alliance leader of the winning State will appoint a Supreme President for both States.
Field Triage Phase: Whiteout Survival State vs State final phase
In the final phase of the Whiteout Survival State vs State event, players have the opportunity to revive their troops from the battlefield. While not all troops can be revived, the majority can be brought back. This phase also enables players to assist their allies with revivals or request revival assistance for their own Whiteout Survival troops.

Players can revive up to 90% of the troops that were killed during battle.
Players with Furnace level below level 16 can not participate in Whiteout Survival State vs State event.
The Battle Phase lasts for 8 hours.
States must be at least 12 weeks old to qualify for participation in the State of Power event.
In case you leave your Alliance during the on-going State vs State event, you will lose all rights to the rewards.
