To complete it, you'll need to find clues in an area that looks more like a maze. In this guide, I'll explain how to unlock the quest and where to find the clues.

Before you can embark on the NTE Nameless hospital Anomaly quest, you must first validate certain prerequisites.

Unlock the chimeric city of NTE

The chimeric town is an area of the Hethereau map. To unlock it, all you have to do is activate a ReroRero phone box! We'll show you where it is in the image below:

Follow Anomalie's quest in Hethereau's Hobbies

Open your smartphone and go to the City Tycoon menu, then Hethereau's Hobbies. Then select Anomaly Commissions and search for 'Nightmare-Bound'. This is the quest for the Neverness to Everness Nameless hospital.

Talk to the patient on the ground floor

Follow the quest and go to the hospital in the chimeric city. To start the quest, you need to find the patient in the striped pyjamas. All you have to do is enterthe large waiting room and go to the back door. The patient is in the corner.

Where can I find the clues to the Neverness to Everness Nameless hospital?

The quest for the NTE Nameless hospital begins. I'll now help you, step by step, to find the various clues.

⚡ Good to know: there are several endings to the Neverness to Everness Nameless hospital quest. Here, we're going to cover the first ending only.

  1. Find the first clue in the first room. It's on the desk next to the computer.
  2. Leave the room and go down the corridor, ignoring all the doors. Then turn right.
  3. You'll arrive in a large room, like a waiting room with seats and drinks dispensers. Go behind the desk to collect the 1F pass.

  4. Now go to the door at the top left of the room. Open it and go inside.

  5. In the room you arrive in, interact with the computer to retrieve the 2nd clue.

  6. Exit through the same door and walk along the wall to the right until you reach the corridor.
  7. Look for the door on the right, next to an oxygen tank and a window.

  8. CAUTION: Do not pick up the clue in the room. If you do, you'll trigger a monster. Instead, take the door on your left and look for the surgery room.
  9. Exit the surgery room and take the corridor to the end. Now turn left and open the door.
  10. You will now arrive in a room where you will find the 4th clue (this will be the 3rd for you).

  11. Exit through the door closest to you. You will see blue lockers lit by a neon light on the floor. Get the 1F key. Break through the obstacles in front of the door to the left of the lockers and exit. Now go to the door marked "EXIT".

  12. You will arrive in a large room. Take the door behind the desk.

  13. All you have to do now is place the clues you found in the cameras.
