Want to immerse yourself in the Magicpunk world of Crystal of Atlan ? First of all, you need to know about the different classes on offer. There are 4 main classes - the Swordsman, the Musketeer, the Puppeteer and the Magister - as well as numerous sub-classes, for a total of 16 characters to choose from. Use our Crystal of Atlan tier list to find out which ones suit you best!
The Swordsman, a D tier class, is one of the most basic characters in our Crystal of Atlan tier list. He's pretty versatile, whether you're playing solo or in co-op, and will come in handy in hand-to-hand combat. Nevertheless, his play style remains very simple and you'll probably have a lot more fun with other classes.
Magister
The Magister uses a magic-infused blade. Rather fun to use, it's also agile. Unfortunately for him, other magic-type classes will be more effective.
C tier
Musketeer
The Musketeer is a precise C tier class that can only be used for single-targeting, which makes it far less versatile. This class has a good balance between attack and defence and allows you to attack from a distance. But you'll find other much better classes in this Crystal of Atlan tier list. The Musketeer does low AoE damage and its cooldowns are rather long.
Magiblade
The Magiblade, like the Magister, uses a magic blade. If you like hybrid gameplay in combat, this class could be for you, as it mixes martial arts and magic. However, I wouldn't recommend it for beginners, simply because the Magiblade is difficult to master and requires great dexterity to execute.
B tier
Puppeteer
The Puppeteer, a B tier class, fights with a puppet equipped with magical strings that can imprison enemies. If you like tactical gameplay, you might be interested in this class from our Crystal of Atlan tier list. Be warned, though, the Puppeteer doesn't have much HP and is still very vulnerable.
Gunner
The Gunner in the Crystal of Atlan tier has the advantage of doing heavy AoE damage with her weapon. On the other hand, this class has very limited mobility, which means it can't easily dodge attacks.
Elementalist
The Elementalist is a magical class, as its name suggests, with fire, ice and lightning spells that allow it to adapt to a wide range of enemies. They also have the advantage of being single- or multi-target. On the other hand, spells can be easily interrupted.
A tier
Berserker
The Berserker on our Crystal of Atlan tier list fights with huge bladed weapons, making him very effective in hand-to-hand combat. I'd recommend him if you like to take risks and be rewarded for it! On the other hand, its effectiveness is somewhat limited, as it won't be of any use in ranged combat.
Scytheguard
The Scytheguard is one of the tanks in this CoA tier list. It's perfect for crowd control. On the other hand, although it can absorb a lot of damage, it's rather slow and doesn't do much damage.
Bounty Hunter
The Bounty Hunter is a highly accurate A tier class capable of laying explosives and traps on the battlefield to slow down enemies. She's an excellent debuffer, but doesn't do much damage. It will be a good support for your team.
S tier
Fighter
The Fighter is one of the best classes in this Crystal of Atlan tier list. She is particularly flexible as she can switch between attack and defence. Specialising in martial arts, she can string together combos to block enemies and prevent counter-attacks. However, she doesn't have many HP.
Cloudstrider
The S tier Cloudstrider is perfect if you like your classes fast and furious. Although highly mobile, this class is fairly weak against armoured enemies.
Starbreaker
The Starbreaker delivers devastating punches. This is probably the most effective single-target class in this CoA tier list. With its elemental damage gauntlets and high stamina, it will come in very handy.
Magician
A master of illusions, the Magician creates chaos on the battlefield. A very good debuffer, he can distract enemies so that the team can do a lot of damage. On the other hand, his defence is rather weak.
Warlock
The Warlock's spells cause enormous damage and his abilities are very easy to use, requiring very few resources. On the other hand, the Warlock's crowd control is limited by his low mobility.
Blademaiden
Blademaiden is another class that uses a Puppeteer in combat. But this one has the particularity of doing AoE damage. It's also highly mobile and can handle ranged combat. However, its defence is limited when an enemy is close by.
