Stuck on the Frozen Peak? This guide explains how to build the best Clash Royale Arena 8 deck with the Ice Golem and Hog Rider. With our tips and tricks, nothing will stop you from earning trophies and moving on to the next level: the Jungle Arena.
Best Clash Royale Arena 8 deck composition
For starters, the most important card in the best Clash Royale Arena 8 deck is the Ice Golem. In addition to being your tank thanks to its high amount of health, it also allows you to draw a unit's attention. Indeed, by placing it correctly, you will be able to make your enemies change sides and thus completely destroy your opponents' strategy.
Then we have the Hog Rider, which attacks the tower directly, ignoring enemy units, and the Mini P.E.K.K.A to do big damage. The Log is useful for its area damage, formidable against large units, while the Minions and the Princess will be the only ones able to attack air units.
Like the Log, the Ice Spirit does area damage. In addition, it temporarily freezes your opponent's cards. Finally, the Freeze spell can be used as an attack to do more damage to the opponent's tower, or to defend one of your towers.
How to play the Ice Golem / Hog Rider deck
Now that we've seen which cards make up the best Clash Royale Arena 8 deck, let's see how to play them. First, use your Ice Golem as often as possible. It's a mini-tank that only costs 2 Elixir, so you might as well take advantage of it to cycle your cards quickly.
Once your Ice Golem occupies the enemy units, place the Hog Rider behind it. If you gain the advantage, send your Mini P.E.K.K.A and your Freeze spell to lower the tower's hit points as much as possible. The Log is best used to defend against large numbers of enemies, while the Ice Spirit and Minions will easily deal with weak units.
Finally, always place the Princess at the bottom of the field. It is a card with a very long range and area damage, but very few hit points.
Now you know how to create the best Clash Royale Arena 8 deck. By following our tips and tricks, you should have no problem advancing to the next level and earning as many trophies as possible. And if this ice-oriented deck doesn't work for you, the Hog Rider/P.E.K.K.A deck from Arena 7 will still do the trick.
