Top mobile games for March 2025

Don't know what to try out on your phone - on the move, at home or even in the toilet? Every second of gaming must be worthwhile, so the Mobi.gg editorial team has put together a selection of the best mobile games of March 2025. These high-quality free and premium titles were released in February, but they're sure to complete your collection and are available now on Android or iOS.

Our favourite mobile games of the month

This month we've fallen for two great new releases. Make some room on your storage space, because these mobile games are going to be hard to resist.

Tribe Nine

Let's kick off this month's top mobile games with Tribe Nine, making its debut on the Crunchyroll subscription. The anime launches as a video game under the direction of Akatsuki Games and Too Kyo Games. They've prepared a cocktail of 3D combat and 2D pixel art exploration. After a nice beta, Tribe Nine is now available to Game Vault subscribers.

Zero, the masked man, has launched the Extreme Games and plans to make the whole country a slave to the games by treating everyone like puppets. A group of resistance fighters rise up against Zero with special skills and cutting-edge equipment via XB. This "extreme" form of baseball turns into an all-out brawl.

Meet colourful characters and discover the nooks and crannies of Neo Tokyo. This ARPG takes you through the streets of the 23 cities to be liberated, with 3-character battles. Some battles are tidy and others chaotic in free-for-all, but all are about taking down Zero's forces with a combination from the roster of 10 playable characters.

Create your original build in Tribe Nine, a violent free-to-play basketball title available now on Android and iOS.

Grand Mountain Adventure 2

Take to the slopes again for winter Grand Mountain Adventure 2 in one of its 4 open-world ski resorts. The sequel to the most downloaded ski game on mobile is back with even more forests, cliffs and powder game modes. You don't have to settle for the beaten track. The off-piste is waiting for you between two ski lifts, with all its secret spots and challenges.

Try your hand at skiing, paragliding and zip-lining in a hundred different challenges, with combos to perform and credits to win. Perform tricks with your skis in hand, slalom and traverse non-linear sections of the mountain at high speed in races with intuitive controls.

Easy to learn and hard to master, Grand Mountain Adventure 2's techniques work particularly well on the move, in open levels, in top view or 2D platformer. Customise your experience with special equipment and enjoy this mountain simulation by asking yourself in Zen mode, without other skiers or challenges. The mountain itself remains a challenge, with its bad weather, its day-night cycle and your eternal quest for the best flip, grab, aerial spin combo.

The full game of Grand Mountain Adventure 2 is available for 10 euros on stores!
