You have to admit that the characters have a touch of Totally Spies about them. Is it just me who sees Sam, Alex and Jerry in this unlikely roster?

We normally follow the story of Mark Grayson, a slightly lost teenager who enters the world of superheroes by following in the footsteps of his father, the most powerful of them all. Of course, the more things progress, the more the perfect image of his father crumbles, and the black and white world of childhood becomes more nuanced, but also graphic and gory. Imagine a DC Comics-style universe, but one that's quite violent, closer to The Boys than a Disney film.

However, the release of Invincible: Guarding the Globe retains these characteristics and establishes a spin-off narrative in which you'll have to take up arms against an army of clones. And perhaps unveil a story of stolen burger meat, a real mission worthy of superheroes...
