The Game Awards weren't exactly generous with mobile announcements, but we did manage to get one interesting tidbit: the release date for Seven Deadly Sins: Origin, accompanied by a new trailer and a few details. The good news? The game is coming out very soon on Android and iOS!
A release date for Seven Deadly Sins: Origin set for January 2026!
We had to wait until the end of the trailer to find out the release date of Seven Deadly Sins: Origin, scheduled for 28 January 2026. In less than a month, we'll finally be able to enjoy this title, which has been on the horizon for some time.
Fans of the licence can rest assured that they'll only have to wait a few more weeks to get their hands on the game.
What's more, we can expect some great things for the release of Seven Deadly Sins: Origin, as we saw in the announcement trailer.
Co-op raids, exploration... announcements for Seven Deadly Sins: Origin
Feedback from the game's previous beta sessions was pretty good for this open-world RPG based onthe manga and anime licence. Expect a kind of Genshin Impact, but unlike Genshin Impact, you'll also be able to enjoy co-op raids, rather like an MMORPG.
At least, that's what was revealed in the trailer shown during the TGAs, along with a few exploration sequences that give us clues about the universe. So we can expect a quality title for the release date of Seven Deadly Sins: Origin. Personally, I can't wait to try it out!
