Famous manga are definitely on the rise. Between this summer's announcement of the mobile game Full Metal Alchemist and last week's announcement ofAttack on Titan: Brave Order, Japanese heroes are taking centre stage on Android and iOS. This time, it's Edens Zero's turn. And pre-registration for Edens Zero Pocket Galaxy is already open!
For those of you who feel like you've missed the boat, Edens Zero is a popular manga and anime. Imagined and illustrated by Hiro Mashima (also creator of Fairytail), the manga is about to get its adaptation on smartphones. The game was first announced in September 2020 by Konami and is now being revealed a little more on the occasion of its pre-registration. A first trailer for Edens Zero pre-registration has already been released in the form of short clips. This gives a brief overview of the game and the menus.
On this video which is a mix of talk show and trailer, feel free to skip the non-gameplay sequences if you don't speak Japanese. If you pre-register early enough, you will be able to get a bonus "Cyber Cosplay" in-game costume. The costume will only be available to Edens Zero pre-registrants. The more pre-registrants, the bigger the rewards bonus. Here are the milestones:

But how do you pre-register for Edens Zero? It's quite simple, just follow the campaign link and enter your email address at the bottom of the page. Click on "Pre-register Now". Fill in the language and region information and accept the confidentiality agreement. Then enter your email and you're done! That's all you need to pre-register for Edens Zero mobile. For more info on the entire Mashima license, try your luck on the official website.
In terms of gameplay, this is an ARPG with a quarter view. You will find the heroes of the manga / anime but also new characters with a unique narrative. The Ether Gear is of course at the heart of the fight with nice animations for the ultimate skills. In addition, the Ether Gears can be customised, although we don't know more about this.

You can find the anime Edens Zero directly on Netflix. By the way, if you didn't follow last month's recurring topic, you'll certainly be interested to find out that Netflix now offers video games on its mobile VOD platform. And finally, here is the very first teaser for Edens Zero on mobile released by Konami in 2020:
