There's nothing like the ultimate duel to prove your worth. And it's d-d-d-duel time for players, as the only refund option allowed by the game's developer is to beat him in 1v1. Are you up for the challenge? If you want to get your money back or flex like a pro, this is the way to go. We reveal the latest folly from the creator of Terraria.
A frankly honest refund policy
The new refund policy from Re-Logic, the studio behind Terraria, is truly original. They'll give you a full refund on the game, for whatever reason you choose (although there's no need to justify it), on the sole condition that you manage to beat its creator in PvP.
It doesn't come out of nowhere. And yet several people have already tried their luck without success, like content creator Chippy. On Steam, you can get your money back for a game under certain conditions, such as time spent in-game. On consoles, however, it's a different kettle of fish.
So, as there's no set policy, Redigit has agreed to refund Terraria under its own conditions to players who wish to do so. You'll have to take him down in a duel to get your money back.
It's his favourite hunting ground, and he's waiting for you.
Apart from that, you should still give Terraria a try.
If you like the idea of getting your money back through 1v1 with the creator of the twelfth best-selling video game in history, the best thing to do is play it first. Available on all platforms, even mobile, this quality sandbox offers a pixel-art open-world that you won't soon forget.
Terraria is a clever mix of survival, combat, exploration, crafting and construction in complete freedom. Its world is truly limitless, thanks to procedural generation. It brings together deep caverns, ruins, snowy plains, forests and thousands of unique environments to explore in single-player or multiplayer.
Yaya
Yaya would never have spent a single cent on a mobile game. At least, that's what the legend says.
