Why isn't Monopoly GO working? There are a number of problems that are well known to Scopely and the gaming community, and for which solutions exist:

  1. Your MOGO application keeps crashing: this is a well-known bug, and there are several options for resolving it. First, you can force the application to quit. You can also update the application if necessary, then restart the game.

  3. Monopoly GO not working with a loading screen freeze: this bug can often be solved simply by forcing the application to close. But if that doesn't work, we recommend that you uninstall MOGO and then reinstall it.

  4. Crash when opening the community chest: this is a Monopoly GO bug similar to the Rewards problem mentioned above. To solve it, simply restart the game.
  5. Monopoly GO not working and doesn't load the game: this problem comes from your application's cache. The best solution is to uninstall MOGO and then reinstall the application. This will clear your cache.
  6. Display problems : if you encounter this Monopoly GO bug, don't worry. For example, if you have a display problem when collecting a Rewards, simply close and relaunch the game. This will not affect the contents of your inventory.
  7. The expired exchange during the Golden Blitz: during this MOGO event, you may notice that the exchange appears as expired at the recipient's location, even though it is recent. In this case, you should contact customer support. The intervention of an advisor is essential.
  8. The Monopoly GO co-op bug: during the partner event on Monopoly GO, your progress and that of the player accompanying you may not be synchronised.
