Rainbow Friends Characters List: every monsters of the Roblox game

Rainbow Friends characters is a game from the Roblox platform. Created in 2021 by Roy&Charcle, it places you in an environment of horror and survival for teams of 15 players. In 2023, there are two chapters based on this universe. For comparison's sake, it resembles another licence, Poppy Playtime. Let's take a look at all the Rainbow Friends characters!

Rainbow Friends, who are the characters in the licence?

During your adventure, your aim is to survive by collecting various objects while escaping from creatures that want to catch you: the Rainbow Friends characters. Each challenge takes place during the night, with additional difficulties for each. In the first chapter of Rainbow Friends, you'll meet five of them - one for each 'hour'.

Blue, the most iconic Rainbow Friends monster

The first monster you'll encounter in this episode is Blue. He roams freely around the map. Players who aren't hiding will be chased as long as they don't hide in a locker or box.

It's not very difficult to lose him, as long as you hide before he sees you. If you do, your avatar will have a "!" above his head. In that case, run away quickly and find a new hiding place a little further on.

Green, the player tracker

This tall, lanky green Rainbow Friends is blind, so unlike Blue, it doesn't chase players by seeing them. However, it does stop at certain points on the map to look for players.

He's relatively easy to avoid and lose, as he reacts very little to sound. Hiding in a box won't protect you from Green. You can easily hear his footsteps from a distance. He's slower than you are, so he'll be easier to outrun than to hide behind.

Orange, the fastest monster in Rainbow Friends

If you meet Oranged inRainbow Friends 1, run! Of all the Rainbow Friends characters, he's the fastest... much faster than your walking speed. Once he's seen you, there's little chance of you surviving.

As well as the footsteps, you'll hear the sound of a siren or see an orange line appear. If so, run and hide in a locker or box. He only makes a brief appearance at the end of Chapter 2.

Rainbow Friends: Purple, the ventilation monster

You'll never actually see Purple in your adventure. From the fourth night, in Chapter 1, this monster wanders around in the air vents. All you'll see is her hands, ready to grab you when you pass by the vent where she might be.

If this is the case, and you find yourself next to a puddle of water, don't step in it... Otherwise, you'll have a game over! In Rainbow Friends 2, he hides in an area where the ground is covered in steam. So be very careful when venturing in.

Red, friend or ultimate Rainbow Friends monster?

Of all the monsters in Rainbow Friends, Red seems at first glance to be the only character who is not hostile towards players. He gives them instructions and missions in Chapter 1, and appears to be the narrator of the story.

He is the leader of the Rainbow Friends, and the cause of the players' misadventures. His true nature is revealed at the end of episode 1, and becomes even more apparent during episode 2.

Rainbow Friends characters exclusive to Chapter 2

Yellow is introduced in the second quest of Chapter 2: collecting the canisters. He looks like a pterodactyl and chases you before flying off to his nest and grabbing you. If you jump into the bouncy castle, you can escape.

Cyan appears from the 4th hour. This dinosaur is particularly sensitive to noise. When you see him, simply stand still until he leaves.

Another new feature in Chapter 2 is the Lookies. These aren't Rainbow Friends monsters as such, because they don't attack you. You have to collect them in the 3rd hour. They're Red's heads.
