We also take this opportunity to give you a few tips and tricks to get you started in Ni no Kuni: Cross Worlds.
At the beginning of the game, you must first choose your class. Ni no Kuni Cross Worlds offers 5 classes: Swordsman, Witch, Destroyer, Rogue and Engineer. Depending on whether you are a F2P or premium player, you will need to select the best Ni no Kuni class for your play style. We're preparing a guide on the subject for you.
In Ni no Kuni: Cross Worlds, your power is measured in CPs. The higher the number of CPs, the more damage you will do. Most activities (bosses, dungeons, etc.) have a recommended CP level for a better chance of success.
You can increase your Ni no Kuni CP count in several ways with a few tips to get you started:
Upgrading your equipment in Ni no Kuni: Cross Worlds is one of the best ways to increase your CP count, but it is not recommended to do so with your first weapons and armour at the start of the game.
Wait until you have level 3 or 4 equipment to avoid wasting resources. We explain everything you need to know about weapons and armour in this Ni no Kuni beginner guide.
There are several ways to get weapons and armour: summoning them from the shop, making them at the blacksmith's, doing quests, etc. The level you get is random and ranges from 1 to 4 stars. You can then go to the Polish tab to improve your weapons.
To level up your equipment in Ni no Kuni: Cross Worlds, go to theReinforcement tab.
Start by selecting the weapon or armour you want to build, then the materials to sacrifice. Use items of the same type as the item to be augmented in order to get more experience bonuses. You can sacrifice a weapon or use weapon varnish. To find out where to get it, just click on the Source tab.
Upgrading your equipment allows you to increase the star rating of your weapon or armour. You must first level it up to the maximum and then use the resources required.
In addition to the level of your equipment, you can increase the stats of your weapons and amures, which is shown by a small green plus next to the weapon level. For weapons you will need enhancement stones of the relevant type or a general Weapon Enhancement Stone, which can increase any type of weapon. For armour you will need an Armour Enhancement Stone.
Remember to check the Source nail by clicking on it to find out where to find the augmentation stones in Ni no Kuni.
You can change the level of a weapon you no longer use to another. This will prevent you from consuming too many essential materials for the rest of the game, which is essential for a good start in Ni no Kuni: Cross Worlds.
Theawakening allows you to greatly improve the stats of your weapons and armour. To do this, you must use duplicates of the equipment you wish to improve. The higher the awakening level of your weapon, the lower the chance of success. If the awakening fails, you will get four-leaf clovers as compensation, which will increase the level of your foams.
Familiars in Ni no Kuni: Cross Worlds play a very important role. Like Pokémon, you can capture and breed them. Far from being simple creatures to collect, they will be of great importance in battle as you will see in this Cross Worlds beginner's guide. There are 5 types: fire, water, earth, light and shadow. They can also be attacking, supporting or defending.
Each familiar has unique abilities. You can have up to 3 active pets.
To get familiars in Ni no Kuni: Cross Worlds, you have 4 possibilities:
As with the equipment, you can upgrade your familiars by clicking on train. You then have several options:
To save your resources, avoid missing out on any rewards in the MMORPG and, above all, to progress quickly and easily, we have listed several tips and mistakes to avoid in this Ni no Kuni beginner's guide.
The reputation quests give you access to many features: egg incubation, mount, equipment upgrade, etc. We recommend that you complete the reputation quests first, then progress to the story quest, which will allow you to unlock the game content as you go along.
The elemental system is not to be overlooked in Ni no Kuni: Cross Worlds. In particular, it is recommended that you equip 3 different types of weapons in order to adapt to the enemies you encounter.
Fire beats land, water beats fire, land beats water, light deals heavy damage to darkness, but darkness is equally effective on light. This is a very classic system used in most mobile RPGs.
Joining a guild, i.e. a kingdom, will allow you to benefit from exclusive content: defence battles, invasion battles, but also a kingdom shop that offers a large choice of buffs. This is a major point to get started efficiently in Ni no Kuni: Cross Worlds, as in most MMORPGs. Staying away from social features will not help you progress quickly.
The game offers many activities to complete each day in order to earn many resources, including Bert's quick quests and Sanson's conquest missions. Be sure to click on all the tabs with exclamation marks so you don't miss anything.
In the challenge tab, you can :
In the mission tab, then activity, you will find objectives to complete each day to collect rewards. Also, remember to complete the objectives in the manuals to collect many resources.
MMORPGs tend to do everything for you, but by exploring the world on your own, you will have more options. For example, with this beginner's guide you can find chests, tame wild familiars in Ni no Kuni, etc.
It can be tempting to sacrifice all the items and familiars you don't need, but these are listed in the codex and the collection. A little tip: don't let anything go to waste and watch your codex for a reward for each new entry.
To make it easier to get around and get a head start Ni no Kuni: Cross Worlds, you can unlock your first mount, the Catarumpus (an adorable big cat) from level 10 onwards after completing the quest Unexpected Company with Great Uncle Autumn. You can then optimise your mount for CP points.
The travelling merchant is, as the name suggests, a merchant who moves regularly. He offers new goods every day, which can be particularly interesting, including summoning coupons.
