Chiz's skills: full explanation

Chiz has a very different gameplay to the other characters. She's a bit like the trader in Neverness to Everness, since she plays with a unique resource: grain prices.

Her kit revolves around the generation of Grains, which enable her to fill a gauge to trigger her skill.

Chiz's basic attacks

Chiz's attacks apply Cosmos damage and generate Grains. This is the core mechanic of Neverness to Everness Chiz Build.

• Exiled Swordplay: His first basic attack gives him Cereals.
• Blighted Vale : His second basic attack gives him extra Grain and Fons (the game's currency). You'll need to hold down the basic attack to generate even more Grains.
• Abundant Bountiful Grain: His third basic attack generates more Grain with a jumping strike.

His riposte also generates extra Grains.

• Pink Paws Priority Principle can also be maintained, so that all three available charges can be cast at once.

Chiz's Ultimate

Chiz's Ultimate allows him to launch a Brown Sugar Boba, inflicting Cosmos damage. Chiz then enters the grain market for 7 seconds, applying critical damage. At the end of the ultimate, Chiz will collect grains to refill her gauge.

Neverness to Everness Chiz Build; best arcs

The best bow in NTE Chiz build is Contemplative Cat. In fact, this is the bow you'll be getting for free at T5 level. Contemplative Cat (512 ATK) increases Cosmos damage by 2.50% per 1000 Fons obtained.

But there are other Neverness to Everness arcs:

• Cosmos Daze, Wild Reverie: increases damage from 18% to 30% after the support ability.
• Be Happy: restores between 12 and 20% of HP after defeating an enemy.

The best cartridge in the Neverness to Everness Chiz Build is Lost Radiance:

• Epic Lost Radiance: Increases Cosmos damage by 10%.
• Legendary Lost Radiance: Ignores 25% of enemy defence for 20 seconds after Ultimate

Chiz's cycle reactions

Optimising Neverness to Everness Chiz Build isn't enough. You also need to look for the best cycle reactions with the other characters. Cosmos works in synergy with other Esper attributes to launch different cycle reactions:

• Remora (Lakshana + Cosmo): reduces the enemy's attack and movement speed.
• Blossom (Cosmos + Anima): generates a bud of life near the target. This bud causes 5 pistils of life to hatch. These then fly towards enemies within range, exploding every two seconds. The pistils deal AoE damage.
• Charge (Lakshana + Cosmo + Anima): Combines with Blossom and gives the active character 10 ultimate energy when the pistils do their damage.
