Beneath his harmless exterior lies a fighter capable of absorbing heavy damage while charging at opponents with his Haetae Charge skill. Cloud Haetae Cookie has a skill that transforms him into a mythical creature that boosts his DEF by 20% and his DMG Resist by 30%. In this mode, it inflicts AOE damage equal to 178% of its attack while granting an HP Shield equal to 10% of each ally's Max HP for 5 seconds. It also heals the ally with the fewest HP at 27.5% of its DEF and grants all its fellow combatants a Vision of Apathy buff that increases their ATQ and DMG Resist by 30% for 15 seconds.

When his metamorphosis ends, he launches a powerful final charge that not only deals titanic damage but also causes an inflicting Stun effect on enemies. And as he is part of the Realm of Apathy, he has an innate resistance to this effect and can even disrupt it. Finally, if Mystic Flour Cookie is in the team, he also gains 100% MAX HP and 50% ATQ, making him an outstanding fighter.

Cloud Haetae Cookie is a defensive class hero, but his abilities are very similar to those of an assault cookie. Because it's positioned at the front, it needs to have a very high DMG Resist stat to withstand enemy attacks in combat.
