TFT Roadmap 2024: Sets, Release & Patch Notes

There's an exciting year ahead for Teamfight Tactics fans, with a ton of new content planned for the game in 2024. Best of all, we already know what we can expect to see throughout the year, with Riot Games sharing a full TFT Roadmap for 2024. The roadmap gives us a look at Riot's plans for the year and even includes specific dates for most of the year. There's a lot to look forward to, so let's take a look.

TFT Roadmap 2024: What We Can Expect To See

The roadmap reveals TFT plans for 2024 and we'll be getting six major events, alongside the usual balance patches and small updates that come throughout the year. These major events are:

• TFT Set Revival: Kicking off in January 2024 is the first new event, a game mode called Set Revival. This brings back an old Set from TFT and allows players to roll back the years and play it in a separate queue from regular TFT. The Set Revival for this month is Return to the Stars, bringing back Set 3.5!

• TFT Set 11: the TFT Set 11 release date has been announced for March 2024! Not much has been revealed about it just yet, other than it being based on myths and legends.

  

• TFT Anniversary: Up next is the summer event - the TFT anniversary! Again, details are a little sparse, but we'll be getting a new game mode and a special event, likely featuring skins, new challenges, and more.

• TFT Set 12: Following the anniversary event is Set 12! It'll be releasing in July and will have a focus on magic.

• Set Revival 2: At some point during Q3 of 2024 we'll be getting another Set Revival - this one remains a mystery for now.

• TFT Set 13: Last but not least Set 13 will be heading our way in the final quarter of 2024. Again, no details have been revealed for this just yet.

TFT Patch Schedule 2024

Alongside the TFT Roadmap for 2024, we also have some insight into when exactly patches will be hitting the live servers. All of these go live at 14:00 CT and the list doesn't include any hotfixes or B-patches. However, it does give insight into when we can expect some pretty big changes.

Based on these patch days, we can also make assumptions on the TFT roadmap 2024. For example, Set 11 is set to release in March 2024 and as there are two patches schedules for March, Set 11 should becoming out on either March 6 or March 20.

It's always possible for things to change, but we now have a good idea of what to expect from Teamfight Tactics in 2024.
