The multi-million download tower defence series Kingdom Rush is back! Ironhide Game Studio has just announced Kingdom Rush 6 Genesis, the next instalment in the series, which will be available on Android, iOS and PC. There's no release date yet, but there's plenty of news for the future TD!
You have to go back to 2011 to see the very first game in the Kingdom Rush series. With a Metacritic score of 89/100 on iOS, it was considered by gamers to be "an instant classic" on mobile. We even brought you a Kingdom Rush review on Mobi.gg! Since then, the series has been expanded with 6 further instalments, Kingdom Rush 6 Genesis being the 7th iteration.

Ironhide Game Studio has announced this next title as the most ambitious in the licence, with a return to the origins of the Kingdom of Linirea to prevent Vez'nan from carrying out his Machiavellian plans. So, what's new with the announcement of Kingdom Rush 6 Genesis?
Well, when it comes to gameplay, you won't be too surprised with Kingdom Rush 6 Genesis: it's a tried-and-tested tower defence game with tower building, champion management and plenty of challenges to overcome. However, some new features have been added for this new opus:


There is currently no release date for Kingdom Rush 6 Genesis. Pre-registration is not yet available on Android and iOS. However, we do know that the game will be released on mobile, of course, but also on PC via Steam, and we'll be sure to keep you posted on Mobi.gg!
