Honor of Kings: World launches its closed beta and finally reveals its true colours!
We've finally got some news about Honor of Kings: World, the open-world action RPG set in the world of the famous Chinese licence HoK! Tencent, via TiMi Studio Group, has just opened the registration phases for its closed beta on PC, Android and iOS. A giant step towards the global release of one of the most ambitious RPGs of the year? Perhaps it is... !
What you need to know about Honor of King: World closed beta recruitment
While gamers around the world eagerly await Honor of Kings: World, Chinese players will be able to discover TiMi Studios' new title as part of its closed beta. Registration is open from 10 February 2026 to 23 February 2026. However, we still don't know the exact date of the CBT, which will take place on PC, Android, iOS and via cloud gaming.

Technical constraints and confidentiality for the HoK: World closed beta
What we do know, however, is that this will be an ultra-confidential closed beta! All data will be erased at the end of the technical test, and players probably won't be able to stream it. When will Honor of Kings: World be released globally?
We already know that Honor of Kings: World is expected to be released in China in spring 2026. However, the date of a global release is still unclear, and Tencent has given no information on the subject.
In other words, we'll have to wait a little longer before discovering this new Genshin Impact-like game, which is already aiming to rival the biggest AAA titles.
