The legendary Guild Wars is coming to mobile this summer: what we know!

It's the earthquake of the week in the world of MMOs. ArenaNet has just announced the arrival of the Guild Wars franchise on mobile, as Guild Wars Reforged. The game will be released this summer on the Android and iOS stores. Release date, pre-registration, price: we take a look at what we know so far!

For those who missed the news, Guild Wars Reforged is the modernised version of the MMORPG with millions of players, with improvements in quality of life and more. Well, the iconic game from the 2000s will be coming to Android and iOS very soon!

ArenaNet has announced that Guild Wars on mobile will be available to download free of charge, and players will be able to try out the first PropheciesTM campaign. Expansions, on the other hand, will cost between $6 and $10.

As a bonus, you'll be able to take advantage of cross progression. In other words, if you pay, you'll be able to transfer your progression and characters between mobile and PC.

Guild Wars Reforged already available for pre-registration on Android!

We've also learned that the release window for Guild Wars on mobile is scheduled for summer 2026. So there's just a few months to go before you can enjoy the legendary MMORPG on Android and iOS. In fact, the game is already available for pre-registration on the Play Store!

The soft launch of the game will begin in Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the Philippines, before its global launch at a later date. Are you excited by this announcement?
