When is the release of Genshin Impact 4.7 Update?

Genshin Impact 4.7 is slated for a release on June 05, 2024. Before the maintenance, players have the option to pre-install the latest update so they can easily dive into the game as soon as the new update is out.

Before the Fontaine cycle waves goodbye, fresh faces are marching in with their swords and bows to join your roster. And guess what? They're bringing some old characters along for the ride! That said, make sure to prepare your primogems and Intertwined Fates.

Finally, a new Electro Sword Main DPS will make her debut! Clorinde, the Champion Duelist of Fontaine, is an Ousia-aligned on-field damage dealer whose kit revolves around her pistolet and piercing attacks. Alongside her is Sumeru's Dendro Hypercarry Sword DPS, Althaitham. With his Chisel-Light Mirrors mechanic, EM-scaling kit, and Dendro reactions, he quickly rose to the top as one of the strongest Genshin Impact DPS characters.

And there's more! Joining this banner is Sethos, a 4-star EM-scaling Electro character who wields a bow weapon.

Obtain these characters within limited time period from June 5, 2024 to June 25, 2024.

The second phase of Genshin Impact 4.7 Preview

In need of a healer? Sigewinne might be the one for you! Sigewinne is an upcoming 5-star Hydro Bow unit who can serve as your go-to healer or on-field DPS. Meanwhile, Furina, the Archon of Fontaine is a Hydro Sword Support and Buffer unit is also set to have her first rerun. 

The second phase is set to begin on June 25, 2024 and will run until July 16, 2024. 

Imaginarium Theater

It's been unveiled that players are in for a treat with a brand-new endgame feature! Get ready to dive into the Imaginarium Theater, where thrilling battles await, packed with power and excitement. Engage in epic showdowns, test your skills, and reap the rewards, including primogems and other valuable treasures.

Depending on the season, players can only select and use characters from the three chosen elements in the Imaginarium Theater. It's also worth mentioning that the selected characters must meet the level requirements. You can also choose from among the initial characters, which includes their trial versions. Additionally, you have the option to add Supporting Casts, which are units provided by your in-game friends. Finally, a special group of selectable characters, known as the Special Guest Stars, will be available. These are special units that do not meet the requirements.

The new Imaginarium Theater can be accessed after reaching Adventure Rank 35, and will reset every 1st of the month.

Just as in every Genshin Impact patch, version 4.7 comes with awesome events that you can enter to receive tons of rewards.

Mutual Security Enhancing Simulation

The first event revealed rewards you with tons of primogems, Crown of Insights, upgrade materials, and the new Cloudforged weapon! Dive into the combat event, which features two types of stages: Assault scenarios and defense scenarios. Consider the objectives, analyze enemy formations, and select units to deploy in order to conquer the challenges!

Spino Doubleblaster

Put your aim to the test and enter the Spino Doublebaster event! Use the water cannon and hit the floating targets in multiple timed shooting challenges to receive bountiful rewards!

Endless Forms Most Martial

Endless Forms Most Martial is another fighting event in Genshin Impact that you cannot miss. Set up teams from your own character pool or trial characters provided, and defeat opponents by using the specified methods.

Record of Reflective Writing

Upon heading back to Mondstadt, Traveler meets a light novelist. Follow the script and enter the wondrous journey of reading and reverie! Use trial characters, defeat enemies and collect as many coins while avoiding mechanisms within the time limit. 

System Optimizations

Genshin Impact 4.7 is indeed an exciting patch, as players are about to receive one of the most long-awaited updates and optimizations in the game!

Friends, Materials and Friends Cap Increase 

After years of players asking for it, there's finally some good news: the resin cap is going up from 160 to 200! Now you can craft five Condensed Resin. Plus, they're upping the capacity for materials you can snag and the number of in-game friends you can have.
