Genshin Impact 2.5 Update part 2: Banners and Events

The 2.5 update of Genshin Impact "When the sakura bloom" continues with its second part on Tuesday, March 8, 2022. Yae Miko gives way to two 5-star banners offering to summon the Raiden Shogun or Sangonomiya Kokomi, two major figures of Inazuma. It's going to be a tough choice with the Electro Archon on one side and an excellent healer on the other. Fortunately, you can earn Primogems and other rewards through new events. Wishes of Genshin Impact 2.5 Update Part 2

MiHoYo offers two 5-star character banners in the second part of the 2.5 update of Genshin Impact. This time, we benefit from the long awaited rerun of the Raiden Shogun (currently the most summoned character in the game), but also Sangonomiya Kokomi. You can try to summon them from March 8th at 6pm to March 29th at 2:59pm.

Both heroines are accompanied by the same 4-star characters: Xinyan (Pyro), Kujou Sara (Electro) and Bennett (Pyro). So if you make wishes on these banners you will have an increased chance of summoning excellent 4-star heroes. Bennett is THE character that comes back in almost every team. Sara is a very good support for Raiden.

But before you make your choice, don't hesitate to try out the characters in the event section.

Raiden Wish: Reign of Serenity

Raiden, since her arrival in the RPG, has largely established herself in the meta. She regularly appears in the top of the best characters of Genshin Impact. She excels as a burst DPS in the Abyss. In addition to doing a lot of damage, she provides a lot of energy to your team. If you don't have her, summoning her will be a great addition to your teams. And even though she already performs without any constellation, her C2 makes her incredibly powerful. She is worth most of the C6s of other characters. If you don't have her, this is your chance to unlock Raiden in the second part of the 2.5 update to Genshin Impact.

Kokomi's Wish: Drifting Luminescence

Kokomi does not enjoy the same popularity as Raiden. The character was rather shunned because of her inability to perform critical hits. But Kokomi has other advantages: she offers effective healing to all the characters in her team, while constantly applying the Hydro element, thus favouring elemental reactions. If you often perish prematurely in the Abyss due to lack of proper healing, Kokomi will be a valuable asset. So make the most of the Genshin Impact 2.5 update!

Weapon Wishes: Epitome Invocation

In order to improve your character build, the patch also features a 5-star Weapon Banner. " Epitome Invocation " features the signature weapons of Raiden and Kokomi.

This gives you a chance to summon the best hast weapon for Raiden "Reaper's Light". The spear increases the energy recharge and increasesATK to 28% of the energy recharge above 100%. And after an elemental rampage, the energy recharge is increased by 30% for 12 seconds. This weapon is also suitable for other characters who need energy recharge: Xiangling, Yun Jin, etc.

However, the weapon for Kokomi " Eternal Moonlight " will only be used by a few characters besides Kokomi. This weapon increases the health and the healing bonus by 10% and the damage of normal attacks by 1% of the character's maximum health.

During this event, you will have an increased chance to loot the following 4-star weapons:

• Akuoumaru (Two-handed sword);
• Mouun's Moon (bow) ;
• Lion's Roar (one-handed sword);
• Favonius Lance (hast weapon) ;
• Sacrificial Fragments (Catalyst).

The events of the second part of the MAJ 2.5 of Genshin Impact

The second part of the 2.5 update of Genshin Impact also offers new events. This will be an opportunity to win Primogems, Moras, materials to improve your characters' abilities, etc.

Of Drink A-dreaming: become a bartender

From 10 March to 21 March 2022, the " A Sip of a Drunken Dream" event will put you in the shoes of a bartender. You will be able to concoct cocktails and unlock a " Celebration-Enivoration " theme.

To access it, you must have completed the Archons: Interlude quest - Act I ' The Crane Returns on the Wind '. But also Eula's story quest, Aphros Delos - Act 1 'The Spindrift Shall Never Return to the Sea', you can then complete it from adventure level 28 onwards without spending a Legendary Key.

Hyuakunin Iki : fight in this event of the part 2 of the Genshin Impact 2.5 Update

From March 18 to March 28, 2022, the " Hyakunin Iki " event will test your martial skills in a fighting tournament. You will have to form teams of two characters to fight your enemies.

To participate, you must have an adventure level of 30 or higher and have completed the Archons' quest " Ritou Escape Plan ".

Overflowing Mastery: Stock up on upgrade materials in this event

From March 21 to March 28, 2022, you will be able to get double the amount of ability upgrade materials in dungeons through the " Abundance of Mastery " event in Part 2 of the 2.5 update to Genshin Impact. You will need to spend all of your Resins to access this.
