Genshin Impact 2.4 Update: Fleeting Colors in Flight

The beginning of 2022 marks the arrival of update 2.4 of Genshin Impact : Fleeting Colors in Flight. Available from 5 January, this patch features two new characters: Shenhe and Yun Jin. The update also provides access to three popular hero reruns: Xiao, Zhongli and Ganyu. And it doesn't stop there! In addition to a number of events, you'll also get a new Archon quest and a new area: Enkanomiya.

4 5-star character banners for update 2.4 of Genshin Impact

At the beginning of this year, MiHoYo confronts you with some difficult choices with not 2 banners, but 4! Yes, there are no less than 4 5-star characters that you can try to summon in update 2.4 of Genshin Impact. The choice is going to be tough...

From 5 January to 25 January until 5pm, you can choose between Shenhe (The Transcendent One Returns) and Xiao(Invitation to Mundane Life). The fighter Cryo is a new 5-star character. She wields a hast weapon and is intended for burst support in a Cryo team.

Xiao is a proven Anemo. He is a very good main DPS. Both banners feature the same 4-star characters: Ningguang, Chongyun and Yun Jin, a new Geo character. She will have a getaway, just like Ningguang.

From 25 January at 6pm until the end of update 2.4 (15 February at 3pm), two other banners await you. On the one hand, Adrift in the Harbor features Ganyu, a Cryo archers. She is one of the best characters in the game, both in support and as a DPS hand. But Zhongli is not to be outdone either, the archon has the strongest shield in the game. His Gentry of Hermitage banner, like Ganyu's, has an increased chance of summoning Beidou, Xingqiu and Yanfei.

Enkanomiya: a new area in Inazuma

Enkanomiya is an underwater island. Therefore, it is not lit by the sun. These are mechanisms that allow you to go from night to day. You will also encounter creatures such as ghostly fish, which can keep you in the air by jumping on them. Monsters also populate the area: theAbyssal Elementosaurus Primordial, theAbyssal Elementosaurus Frostbite and theAbyssal Elementosaurus Lightning. This map will delight fans of exploration and puzzles.

To access it, you must have a minimum adventure level of 30 and have completed the Archons Chapter II - Act 3 quest.

An Unpublished Archon Quest: Interlude - Act 1 'Return of the Crane in the Wind'

update 2.4 puts the spotlight back on Liyue with the Return of the Crane in the Wind quest suite. This is an opportunity to discover Shenhe and Yun Jin, but also to witness the reconstruction of the Jade Temple. In order to access it, you must have completed Chapter I of Act 3 A Star is Coming.

New events in update 2.4 from genshin Impact to fill up on Primogems

The 2.4 update of Genshin Impact has many events:

• From 7 January to 17 January, you will become alchemists in Zaubertrankseminar.
• From 13 January to 28 January, you can fall back into childhood by playing hide-and-seek in the Wind Chaser event.
• From 25 January to 9 February, the Honorable Wealth event will give you 10 fatality stones if you log in for 7 days. You will also have the opportunity to get 4 more thanks to the Flight of Lights festival from February 9th to February 13th.

Finally, MiHoYo will also give you a character for free during the Fleeting Colors in Flight event from 25 January to 12 February. You will be able to choose a hero from Liyue 4 stars. This is a good opportunity to unlock Yun Jin if you don't want to try to summon Shenhe or Xiao. You will also get an outfit for Ningguang: the orchid evening dress.
