The strengths and weaknesses of the Princess

In Clash Royale, Princess is the first legendary card to be released. She can be unlocked fromArena 7 and costs 3 Elixir units.

Its attack is a cloud of flaming arrows that cause area damage, targeting enemies both in the air and on the ground. Its main advantage is its very long range of 9 squares. When placed behind a tank, it can do devastating damage.

The Princess' main flaw in Clash Royale is undoubtedly her lack of hit points. She can be instantly killed by all attack spells, except for Electrocution. Furthermore, the Princess has a low attack speed, as she fires her arrows every 3 seconds.

How to play Clash Royale with Princess?

In defence, the Princess is placed at the bottom of the field to avoid being focused by enemy units, while in attack, it can be placed at the deck level. Indeed, the Princess is one of the only cards that can reach the tower outside its range, along with Mortar and X-Bow.

Be sure to wait until your opponent has used their spell(s), such as the Log, Barbarian Barrel or Arrows, which can kill the Princess in one go.

However, this can also work to your advantage, because if your opponent has no more spells in hand, you can freely send units like the Skeleton Army or Goblin Barrel.

If you find yourself facing the Princess, one of the best solutions, apart from spells, is the Dart Goblin. It will take advantage of its attack speed.

The best deck Clash Royale with Princess

To play Clash Royale with the Princess and take advantage of her strengths, opt for an aggressive deck. The Valkyrie will be your tank. Her role will be to take enemy damage while your Hog Rider or Goblin Barrel inflict damage to your opponent's tower.

Then we have the Goblin Gang, with its 5 units and mixed damage, and the Ice Spirit, which does area damage and temporarily freezes enemy troops.

In defence, add the Tesla building which will allow you to stall without losing life points on your turn. Finally, the Zap spell will be useful to counter units with few hit points.
