What is in the latest update Genshin Impact (1.1)?

The MAJ Genshin Impact : a Star is coming

This is the first big update Genshin Impact since the release of the game. This 1.1 update entitled "A Star is Coming" brings a lot of new content. Here are the main new features you should not miss:

• New characters: Tartaglia (Hydro/Arc) and Zhongli (Geo/Arc) who are both 5 stars. Diona (Cyro/Arc) and Xinyan (Pyro/Claymore) also arrive but they are 4 stars.
• New items: in addition to new weapons, there are also new items of a completely new nature. On the agenda are resonance stones that serve as a compass, wind catching vials to throw yourself into the air and the Adept's cauldron to cook anywhere. Describing everything would take a lot of time, but the developers have listened to the community's requests and have decided to make your life easier overall.
• The reputation system: allows you to build up a reputation in each city to unlock specific rewards. You have to find the corresponding NPCs and complete different missions (region quest, exploration, bounty or request). But before you get too excited, you should know that to access this system introduced in the Genshin Impact 1.1 update, you must have reached level 25 of the adventure.

Introduction of a seasonal event

Genshin Impact intends to keep its community loyal by offering seasonal events. This update "A Star is Coming" introduces the "Fainting Stars"event. It will last only two weeks with a series of quests to complete to obtain rewards. In anticipation, there will be waves of enemies to kill with a limited time limit.

Fainting Spirits officially starts on 16 November at 10am. This gives you some time to prepare yourself psychologically and equip yourself accordingly. The details of the gifts are not yet known, but the Fischl character will be given out at a pre-set point threshold.
