Zenless Zone Zero invites you to discover the post-apocalyptic world of New Eridu. This gigantic city is the very last bastion of humanity, after the earth was ravaged by the Hollows, supernatural phenomena.

In New Eridu, you'll take on the role of a 'proxy' (Wise or Belle) whose job will be to recruit Agents to achieve a goal: to link your town to the Hollows.

Yet another post-apo gacha where you have to assemble a team of characters to complete your mission, you might say. Well, Zenless Zone Zero is a little more interesting than its scenario suggests!

For a start, the game's graphics are really well done. You'll appreciate the general AD, but also the character animations, which are really nice and add to the immersion during the combat phases. Let's talk about the gameplay!

During battles, you'll be able to block and stun enemies so you can chain together combos with your 3 characters , who have specific skills. We recommend that you learn to master the parry system, as it will make the dungeons much more interesting. What's more, switching characters in battle at the right moment will give you significant advantages.

But what sets Zenless Zone Zero apart from other HoYoverse titles is its procedurally-generated environments, with bosses on two difficulty levels : normal and difficult. And to reinforce the roguelite aspect of ZZZ, characters eliminated in combat cannot be recovered.

ZZZ alternates between combat, exploration and puzzle phases, during which you play as the proxy and have to navigate your agents through different screens. Each screen offers a unique feature: you can collect data, heal your characters and, of course, confront enemies and bosses.
