Battle League Season 9: what's new Pokémon GO

There's no season for playing Pokémon GO and the best trainers don't hesitate to go out, come rain, shine or shine to advance their Pokédex. With the arrival of Battle League Season 9, there's no reason to slow down. In addition to exploration, there will be combat and a ladder to climb. For variety, Pokémon GO offers several leagues with certain restrictions (PC max). Here is the complete schedule of the Battle League Season 9:

• Great League, Great League Remix: 30 August - 30 September
• Ultra League, Ultra League Remix: 13 September - 27 September
• Master League, Master League Classic, Little Jungle Cup: 27 September - 11 October
• Great League, Halloween Cup (starts on 15th): 11 - 25 October
• Ultra League, Ultra League Premier, Classic Halloween Cup (ends on 2): 25 October - 8 November
• Master League, Master League Classic, Special Cup: Player's Choice: 8 November - 22 November
• Great League, Ultra League Master League: 22 - 29 November

Battle League Season 9 on Pokémon GO also includes rewards to the key. All trainers who reach rank 3 will receive a Pikachu Free avatar. Otherwise, depending on your ranking, you will win :

• Ace Rank: gloves for champions
• Veteran Rank: a Leon cap
• Expert Rank: a champion's sports short
• Legend Rank: a champion sport top

Balancing attacks Pokémon

The developers will also take advantage of Battle League Season 9 to balance several attacks. So be sure to read the changes carefully to avoid any unpleasant surprises!

Buff attacks:

• Megahorn increase in damage (from 100 to 110)
• Scald lower energy cost and added effect that can reduce enemy damage
• Zap Cannon added an effect that reduces the attack of the enemy Pokémon
• Crunch Adding an effect that can reduce the enemy's defence

Nerf attacks:

• Feather Dance increase in energy costs
• Weather Ball: reduction of damage dealt (from 60 to 55)

The additional effects should appeal to players who have been following the Pokémon universe for a long time. These are additional bonuses that already exist in the classic games.
