Marvel Snap Season 4: Savage Land

After Season 3 Cosmic Power, Second Dinner launches Marvel Snap Savage Land, Season 4 of its trading card game on mobile and PC. On the menu: bestiality, fangs, risky locations and new variants to enrich your strategy. We take a look at all the new features of this season of Marvel Snap Savage Land.

New cards for Marvel Snap Season 4

In Season 3, Sentry, Knull and Darkhawk joined the Series 5. With Season 4 Marvel Snap, the new cards revealed for Series 5 are: The Silver Surfer, Sauron, Shanna, Dazzler and Shadow King.

Release date of the next Marvel Snap Savage Land cards

All the release dates for the new Marvel Snap maps have been revealed via the patch notes on the game's official website. First of all, the Savage Land season starts on January 4, 2023. So it's already launched!

Only the Silver Surfer is currently available. However, Sauron and Shanna will be released soon, on January 10 and 17, 2023, respectively. Next up will be Dazzler, scheduled for January 24, and Shadow King, the latest addition to the Season 4 Marvel Snap cards in Series 5.

As a reminder, you will be able to obtain these new cards through the Collector's Reserves or with your dedicated tokens in the Game Shop.

The other novelties of the Terre Sauvage season

With the Savage Land, players will be able to stumble upon five new Marvel Snap locations in Season 4. Deep in the untamed lands of the superhero universe, bridges, mountains, and inhospitable castles will be home to your next map clash.

New locations

Here are the 5 new Marvel Snap locations for season 4:

1. Rickety Bridge: this small wooden bridge will only support one card at the end of the turn, if there are more, the bridge will give way and cause the destruction of all the cards present here;
2. Altar of Death: each card dropped here will be sacrificed for 2 extra energy points next turn;
3. Eternity Range: After the 3rd round, create a Pebble card on the losing side;
4. Plunder Castle: The castle only accepts cards with a cost higher than 6
5. Collapsed Mine: This rock fall in the Savage Land completely fills the space with Pebble cards and you will have to pass your turn to destroy them all.

Season Pass season 4 Marvel Snap and character Zabu

The Marvel Snap Season 4 Season Pass brings additional variants (a full list of which can be found on the patch notes), profile icons and the base character Zabu. Zabu, Ka-Zar's wild beast and companion has the effect of reducing the cost of cards that cost 4 by 2 points.
