If you are following the Summoners War news, you probably know that the new opus from Com2uS, Lost Centuriawill be released on all Android and iOS smartphones on April 29th. Monsters well known to fans of Summoners War: Sky Arena will be part of the game. In Lost Centuria, real-time strategy will be at the heart of the gameplay and the PvP dimension will be omnipresent. Ready for an intense game of real-time strategy?

A brand new gameplay is planned for Lost Centuria. The game is deckbuilding oriented, with up to 8 monsters in your hand, each with a unique skill. Your monster cards and spell cards can be used with your mana. You will have to develop a strategy by taking into account your mana, a precious resource, whose good management will be determining. A new and very interesting mechanic has been added: you can counter your opponent's spell, in real time, by using a skill faster than him. This mechanic will allow you to take a serious advantage during the fight.

Monster enhancements in Lost Centuria

First, you will discover that monsters are classified into 4 ranks (normal, rare, heroic and legendary). Then, each monster has an attribute among these: water-fire-wind-light-darkness.
To improve your monsters, it's simple, you just have to possess several cards of the same monster. Its statistics will then be increased (attack, defence and life points). Of course, improving your monsters will allow you to be more powerful during your fights.
The runage system will also be present, since each monster will have 3 slots that can improve its statistics.

Summoner Spells and Monster Skills

In Lost Centuria, each summoner will be able to use 3 spells per battle (once each). They will be useful to reverse the course of a fight and fill a missing skill on one of your monsters.
The skills of your monsters, on the other hand, can be improved thanks to "skill stones". Remember that each monster has a unique skill.

What are the big advantages of Lost Centuria ?

⚔️ N o automatic battles in Lost Centuria ! The game differs from other games of the genre by its dynamic real-time aspect. Players will have to be reactive and use their skills wisely, at the right time. Besides, the fights are fast (about 2 minutes), so you will have to be efficient!

If you're a Sky Arena fan, you'll find a number of your favourite monsters. Also, note that each monster will have its own use in Lost Centuria. Indeed, everything will depend a lot on your play style. You don't need to have legendary monsters at all costs.
Unlike Sky Arena, monsters are only available in one element at the moment and according to our information, it is not planned for the moment that monsters will be available in several elements.

The "counter" system is an innovative mechanic in Summoners War, it allows to inject a strong dynamic into the fights. At any time, your opponent's skill can be countered by one of your skills launched at the right moment. Ideal for neutralizing your opponent and regaining control of the battle.
