Check out the new mo.co Jaded Blades: changes brought by the update

new mo.co Jaded Blades

On 14 April, Supercell released the very first mo.co update, accompanied by a new event to test the prototype of a new weapon, a bow that should soon be included in the game. We'll tell you all about it later, but for now we're going to focus on the changes made to one of the game's most popular weapons: the Squid Blades, now renamed mo.co Jaded Blades. What's new? That's what we're going to find out.

All the changes to mo.co Jaded Blades

The latest mo.co update not only corrected some bugs and adjusted the difficulty of certain modes (notably worlds and dojos), but also rebalanced mo.co Squid Blades, which were perhaps a little too cheated for some players' tastes. No wonder Supercell nerfed this weapon now called the Jaded Blades:

  • Jaded Blades no longer make you invisible.
  • The dash distance has been reduced from 7 to 6 squares.
  • The damage of mo.co's Jaded Blades attacks has also been reduced, from 38 to 23.
  • Combo damage has also been reduced, from 540 to 345.

So, you've got this weapon and now want to use it to its full potential? We've provided you with a mo.co Jaded Blades build guide, so don't hesitate to check it out!

On the other hand, it's now easier to use the special attack, thanks to the combo bar that' s permanently charged. As for the special attack, it now targets the direction you're looking at, allowing you to target an enemy inside a 60-degree cone.

How to use the Jaded Blades?

The Jaded Blades are a highly effective weapon against the game's bosses, as they are single-attack blades with excellent attack speed. And despite the fact that they've been nerfed, they're still very powerful in-game. To obtain it, however, you'll need to reach level 15.
