Welcome to hell! Your mission, should you decide to accept it, is to reach the surface and escape the authoritarian reign of Hades, god of death (and, incidentally, your daddy). In the course of your journey, you'll die, start again and meet the iconic figures of Olympus who will be there to help you. In this Hades review, we invite you to discover an infernal and inescapable roguelite that revolutionised the genre. Ready to play as Zagreus in a race against death?

My final opinion on Hades, the little gem from Supergiant Games
In Hades, the roguelite that succeeded in revolutionising the codes of the genre, you play as Zagreus, son of Hades, the god of death. And relations between the two men are strained, so much so that Zagreus tries to escape from the 4 levels of the underworld to reach the surface.
In addition to a rich narrative and a unique atmosphere driven by the DA and top-tier soundtrack, Hades offers a highly immersive experience where the action is at the heart of the gameplay. During my Hades review, I appreciated the fact that each of my runs was different: alternate between the different weapons on offer and meet the gods of Olympus, who will grant you active or passive abilities, allowing you to design a wide variety of builds.
And if you find the game too difficult or want to add a few extra constraints, Hades lets you modulate the difficulty to make the experience accessible to everyone. Well, only those with an iPhone and a Netflix subscription. As you can see, my opinion of Hades is particularly positive, despite its limited accessibility on mobile and the level of investment required to reach true ending, which may put some people off.
The best game on the theme of daddy issues.
